J. Michael Sullivan, Jr.
President & CEO
As President & CEO of Quest Business Solutions and Quest Network
Solutions (Quest), Michael oversees all business operations while his
day-to-day activities are focused on strategic relationships and
business development. An energetic, hands-on executive and
entrepreneur with 14 years of IT services experience and a track
record of successful management, he organized a group of private
investors in 2003 and completed two acquisitions to build Quest.
Prior to taking over Quest, Michael ran the Dallas office for
Howard Systems International, a $40M privately held IT services
company, where he nearly doubled the revenue run rate and returned the
office to profitability during his tenure. Previous to that, he co-
founded and served as President of EnterCon International, an IT
services firm that focused on employee- and customer-facing web
applications, where he grew the company from $0 to a $4M in 2.5 years.
As President of EnterCon, Michael developed strategic relationships
and a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service with LOA
(a lack of arrogance). He grew EnterCon organically through in-depth
professional and technical training programs, which resulted in
successful delivery of IT services to Fortune 500 clients such as
Dell, Texas Instruments, Kodak, VHA, and Cigna. As a key component of
the formation of e2i, a startup funded by a major Wall Street
investment banking company, EnterCon became the U.S. operations for
e2i and Michael was named Vice President. In his role as VP of e2i,
Michael was responsible for hiring and training all consulting
resources, as well as playing a key role in the creation of a CRM
practice for the company. Prior to EnterCon, as a consultant and
manager for BSG Alliance/IT, Michael delivered custom client/server
solutions and process improvement projects to Fortune 1000 clients
where he held management roles in several multi-million dollar ERP
implementations. Michael began his career at Andersen Consulting (now
Accenture) where he delivered IT consulting and business process
reengineering services to enterprise customers such as Arco Oil and
Gas, Johnson & Johnson Medical, and Mary Kay Cosmetics.
Michael has a Bachelors of Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M
University and an International MBA from Thunderbird, which has been
ranked #1 in international business by Business Week, U.S. News &
World Report, The Wall Street Journal, and America Economia.
